
Teen heartthrob actor Channing Tatum has told a US mag how an on-set misadventure saw his penis burned by blistering hot water.
The 29-year-old star of Step Up and GI Joe: Rise of the Cobra recounted that he had to be hospitalized after stewing hot water was unexpectedly poured down a wetsuit he was bearing on a movie set.
Tatum was expected to have warm water poured down his wetsuit to prevent him acquiring hypothermia while filming a flick in Scotland.
But an inadvertence saw boiling kettle water streamed down his front prior to it beening weakened with colder water, badly burning him.
“I was trying to pull the suit away from my body to somehow get away from the boiling water, and the more I pulled the suit away, the lower the water went,” he said.
Tatum evidenced the magazine that in the long drive from the set of ancient Rome movie The Eagle of the Ninth to the closest infirmary, he assured his driver that he may have to be bumped unconscious since the pain was so intolerable.
“I had five guys looking at my shriveled, burned penis,” Tatum said of his hospital visit.
Even though Tatum stated the bad luck was the most dreadful thing he had ever went through, he told the magazine he had made a total recuperation.
